Country Market 10.30 - 11.30am every Friday in the Methodist Church Hall.

Come along and sample truly locally produced baking, preserves, garden produce and craft or you can take the weight off your feet with a cup of tea and a homemade biscuit at the cheapest price in the village.
New producers always welcome.
Why not become a producer?   It only costs 5p to become a shareholder.  Anyone over 16 with suitable produce to sell may apply.
Our Market is run as a co-operative, no-one has their own table, all goods are on sale together and everyone is expected to take their turn in staffing the stalls and running the market. A small commission (usually 12.5%) is taken from the selling price of the goods to cover Market running costs and the rest is paid back to the producer at the end of the month.
Our Market Manager is responsible for accepting produce for sale, ensuring all goods are of an acceptable standard and are packaged and labelled in accordance with Market rules.
