SUNDAY SCHOOL

Westbury Methodist Church has a thriving Sunday School where children of all ages can learn together about the love of God and the fellowship of the Church .... and we have great fun too!!

Our Sunday School aims to welcome children of all ages into the family of the Church, to encourage them to feel at ease in Church and to learn about the teachings of Jesus Christ. We have a friendly team of teachers who ensure that all children in the Sunday School enjoy learning about God in friendly surroundings.

Normally the children join in the first quarter of an hour of the morning Church Service at 10.30 and then go to their own sessions until 11.30.

And these are some of the things we do:

• songs, drama, games
• art-work and other creative activities
• stories, prayers and writing work
• cooking
• picnics and outings
• participation in church services
• parties and anniversary celebrations

Newcomers are welcome to join us and see what we have to offer. Children from 0 - 16 are welcome.
